Excellence to focus on veteran suicide prevention within the Tampa Bay Military Community.
In our fight against veteran suicide, we formed a key alliance. American Legion, AMVets, and VFW came together with 27 community partners and built a sustainable center focused on suicide prevention and mental health outreach. Our model utilizes top practices and innovative prevention methods. It helps boost mental health and builds resilience in our military community.

As we continue to develop our program, this model will serve as the standard for American Legion’s Suicide Prevention district and state initiatives. Our mission is to stand together to ‘Be the One’.
